Undergraduate Degree Programs
Bachelor of Fine Arts in Digital Filmmaking
This degree will immerse you in hands-on filmmaking from your very first semester, and features a combination of technical and industry-focused courses within the context of a fine arts program.
Minor in Digital Filmmaking
This twenty-one credit hour minor program allows non-major Loyola students to pursue an interest in the world of filmmaking, with courses available in screenwriting, pre-visualization, cinematography, directing, editing, and post-production.

Loyola University New Orleans senior and English major Caterina Picone has won Best Film Inspired by Shakespeare in the 2017 Shakespeare Film Festival for her short film, Ophelia, which she wrote, directed, and produced two years ago in an Introduction to Digital Filmmaking class at Loyola.
