City College provides flexible undergraduate, graduate, and certificate programs designed for adult learners. With 100% online programs like our Bachelor of Applied Sciences, you can design your curriculum to fit your career goals and interests.
Your online degree is the same as any other Loyola degree, regardless of delivery mode. It's taught by the same faculty, using the same learning tools and resources as all other Loyola students do. In other words, as a student at City College, you are a bona fide Loyola student. And that's a big deal. You join a rich tradition of educating students with an emphasis on social justice and learning through experience.

The Office of Professional and Continuing Studies (PACS) at Loyola University New Orleans offers flexible and affordable programs catered to working professionals. Develop new skills, earn professional credentials, and train up to increase your earning potential.
For online programs, please reach out to online@loyno.edu sharing your name and the program you have applied for. Once your employment status has been confirmed, the 15% discount will be automatically applied to the cost per credit hour. For Professional & Continuing Studies programs, please email pacs@loyno.edu with your name and program. Once your employment status has been confirmed, PACS will provide you with a discount code to apply upon registration.
Loyola representatives will reach out to the City of New Orleans Human Resources Department to verify your employment status. The City of New Orleans employee does not need to take any action.
All Loyola Online degree and certificate programs are eligible for the discount. Most, but not all, Professional & Continuing Studies programs are eligible for the discount. Please contact pacs@loyno.edu to verify eligibility for PACS programs.
Yes, City of New Orleans employees can utilize the discount for more than one Loyola Online or eligible Professional and Continuing Studies program.
The discount does not apply to on-campus degree programs. However, there are several eligible non-credit Professional and Continuing Studies (PACS) programs that take place on-campus. This discount applies to eligible, on-campus PACS programs.
Spouses, children, and other relatives of City of New Orleans employees are not eligible for the discounts at this time.
City of New Orleans employees are eligible as long as the employee is employed with the City. If an employee no longer works for the City, the discount will no longer be applied for the future programs, payments, and registration.
