Melanie St. Cyr is excited to share her passion for the Orff Schulwerk approach and its ability to inspire creativity and lifelong musical growth in this Orff Schulwerk Pedagogy Workshop. Her teaching philosophy embraces the belief that all students are capable of making music and that meaningful learning begins with experiencing music through imitation, exploration, and improvisation. Melanie St. Cyr is a dedicated music educator with 21 years of experience as the Choir Director at Slidell High School in Slidell, Louisiana.

Wolf Pack Welcome is our on-ground orientation program to kick off the fall semester for the newest members of the Pack! We offer a variety of programs to help you prepare for classes, meet other incoming students, participate in Loyola traditions, and more. Wolf Pack Welcome will occur from August 19-22, 2027.
