FreeCo-sponsored by Loyola's Office of Mission and Identity and the Alumni Association, this year's Lenten presentation "The Power of Forgiveness" will be given by Sr. Helen Prejean, C.S.J., a well-known advocate against the death penalty. The lecture will be available online via Zoom (registration required) and in person in Ignatius Chapel (registration not required). For those who attend in person, refreshments will be served afterward in Loyola's Ignatius Chapel.

FreeYou are invited to a workshop informed by Ignatian spirituality on Spiritual Companionship, which is a form of spiritual accompaniment that supports others in exploring a deeper experience of God and finding deeper meaning in their lives and relationships. It is open to anyone interested in growing spiritually, enhancing listening skills, and learning about faith sharing and accompaniment.
There is no charge, and lunch will be provided, but you must register by November 6.

FreeTo honor the worldwide Ignatian Year, the Jesuits of New Orleans, along with our five apostolic works, partners, friends, students and alumni in and around the city will celebrate our founder St. Ignatius of Loyola with a special liturgy on his feast day, July 31, at 12 noon, in Holy Name of Jesus Church. If you are in town that Saturday and able, I hope that you will join us.
