FreeThe Career Development Center will host an informational session on the Federal Work-Study Program (FWS) at Loyola. This session will cover the rules, regulations, opportunities, and benefits available to eligible students. In addition, parents/caregivers will learn how to prepare their eligible students who are interested in seeking FWS Student Employment for the academic year. There will be a chat function enabled, which will allow questions to be answered by the Student Employment Coordinator. Recordings will also be available for parents/caregivers to access when it is convenient.

Sponsored by the Career Centers at Dillard University, Loyola University New Orleans, Southern University at New Orleans, University of New Orleans, and Xavier University of Louisiana, the 2021 NOLA Virtual Career Expo will take place over 3 days with participating employers organized broadly by industry. Employers registered to attend the expo will be recruiting for full-time, part-time, and internship opportunities.
