We believe girls belong in music, especially in jazz. At this half day workshop, you'll make friends, connect with amazing women role models, and come away being inspired to improve and develop your musical skills.

You'll build more confidence when taking a solo and improvising. We'll work on teaching you the basics and you'll build on them in a supportive atmosphere. We're here to help you along the way!

Join us for the preliminary round of the Concerto & Aria Competition, from 12pm-2pm in Nunemaker Auditorium. The finals will take place on November 25th, and the winner will perform with a Loyola orchestra in the spring. Event is free and open to the public.
