Master of Science in Counseling and Master of Music Therapy
The Music Therapy–Counseling dual degree prepares graduates to integrate clinical expertise with the transformative impact of music. Students gain expanded career opportunities, a broader understanding of mental health service delivery, and enriched clinical experiences that strengthen both disciplines. Music therapy students become eligible for licensure as clinical mental health counselors, while counseling students develop a versatile set of music-based interventions to enhance their practice.
