Dean Kern Maass and the College of Music and Media (CMM) are hosting a Mardi Gras Mambo reception on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at 2 p.m. on the lawn in front of the CMM building. The Loyola University New Orleans Alumni Association invites you to participate in a Mardi Gras Virtual Cooking Class presented by alumna Chef Amy Sins ’98. Celebrate Carnival season by learning about Cajun and Creole cuisine and cooking a few of Chef Sins' signature dishes: 

• Creole Jambalaya

• Marinated Cheese & Vinaigrette

• Chocolate Soup

While you become the king or queen of your Mardi Gras dinner table, Chef Sins will chat with you about the history of Mardi Gras and all of the Carnival fun that happens in New Orleans.
