For the 3rd year in a row, our Fall 2022 Virtual Career Fair will be hosted virtually on Thursday, October 14, 2022 from 12pm-5pm. The Career Development Center at Loyola University New Orleans and the Office of Career Services at the University of New Orleans have continued to team up to enhance the number and quality of employers available to students on both campuses.

All are welcome to join Loyola University New Orleans for a Blessing of the Animals on the feast day of St. Francis of Assisi. We will gather at 5 p.m. for a group blessing at 5:30 p.m. Please be prepared to pick up after your pets. We will provide a pet station with complimentary water and waste bags. Please leave venomous animals at home.

Loyola University New Orleans alumni and friends are invited to join the Alumni Association at the Karbach SkyPorch at the beautiful new Globe Life Field, home of the Texas Rangers. The Texas Rangers will play the Cleveland Guardians on Saturday, September 24, 2022. Gates open at 4:05 p.m., and the first pitch takes place at 6:05 p.m. Tickets are $30 per person. Though children three feet and under do not need a ticket, please register them for headcount purposes.

Loyola alumna Constance Paige Young '05 is a speaker, racial justice activist, and an advocate for crime victims. She is a survivor of multiple violent crimes, including the racially motivated car attack in Charlottesville, Virginia in 2017. Constance now devotes her time to building a radically loving community in the here and now. Informed and transformed by a dynamic journey, she speaks about cultivating resilience through adversity, restorative justice, and informs others on how to best support victims of crime and their loved ones.

Your ticket includes classic New Orleans menu favorites like charbroiled oysters, fried shrimp, red beans and sausage, and more! Ticket price includes house wine, beer, tax, and gratuity. Please join us Friday, October 14, 2022, as the Office of Alumni Engagement and the Loyola Wolf Pack Athletics department will be hosting our 24th annual Golf Tournament at the Audubon Park Golf Club. Registration will begin at 10:45 a.m. with a shotgun start at Noon. Proceeds from this year’s tournament go towards scholarships and team operating funds for the athletics department.
