Join us as we celebrate the Loyola Wolf Pack’s National Championship Win!

(New Orleans – March 22, 2022) Show your Pack Pride! On the heels of last night’s historic win, Loyola University New Orleans makes big plans to celebrate the Wolf Pack Athletics Men’s Basketball team, as they return home from making history in Kansas City.

Following a magical season, the Men’s Basketball team brought home the NAIA national championship title for the first time since 1946. History in the making! Loyola is the only university in city history ever to have won a national men’s basketball championship – and now we have won two!

Students, faculty, staff, alumni, friends – and the media are invited to Loyola’s main campus to welcome the team home tonight. The team will fly into MSY just before midnight and arrive at 6363 St. Charles Avenue around 12:45 a.m. All night owls are welcome and encouraged to attend!

All are also invited to an all-hands party tomorrow with fun, games and food. Join us Thursday, March 24 on the campus Peace Quad from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. for the 2022 NAIA National Championship Celebration!
