Family Nurse Practitioner

The School of Nursing offers a 48-credit, online, asynchronous Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) Family Nurse Practitioner program. This comprehensive curriculum develops advanced nursing skills enabling graduates to provide evidence-based, holistic care to individuals, families, and populations across the health continuum. The program includes 800 hours of supervised practicum experience. While all coursework is delivered online, practicum requirements must be completed in a state where the student holds a valid nursing license. Upon graduation, students are eligible to sit for national certification examinations offered by either the American Nurses Credentialing Center or the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
