She will speak about "Women's Roles in the Church." Dr. Bigelow Reynolds is an Assistant Professor of Catholic Studies in the Candler School of Theology at Emory University. Her research interests include the intersection of ecclesiology and lived Catholicism in contexts of diversity, marginality, and suffering.    Loyola Institute for Ministry alumnus Kayla August, M.P.S. will give a response to the lecture. Kayla is a student at the School of Theology and Ministry at Boston College, where she is pursuing a Ph.D. in Theology and Education with a focus on preaching.       LIM is pleased to announce that Justin Daffron, S.J., Ph.D., Loyola's Interim President, will offer a welcome to begin the lecture and Dr. Bigelow Reynolds' presentation.      The evening will end with a brief question and answer period.  This lecture is free and open to the public.
