He is also a former official of the Vatican’s Dicastery for the Promotion of Integral Human Development and of the Vatican’s Migrants Refugees Section.. The 2026 Lecture Series, Walking with the Migrant: Jubilee, Justice, and Hope, features one-hour virtual lectures that explore the spiritual, scriptural, and ecological dimensions of migration through the lens of Catholic faith, highlighting it as both a lived human experience and a call to solidarity, justice, and hope in today’s world.
