Log into important online platforms.

It’s time to set up your digital accounts so you can access vital information to prepare for your arrival. These are the most important platforms you’ll use on a regular basis as a student at Loyola.

  • Log into the Loyola Network through our Single Sign On (SSO) portal
  • Access your LORA account
  • Sign into your LOYNO Gmail account

Follow this step-by-step guide to set up your accounts (we also emailed you with instructions), and contact the IT Help Desk with any technology-related questions.

Once you're logged into your Gmail account, you can change your name by following these instructions.

Submit Your Immunization Records

Make sure you meet Louisiana requirements.

Louisiana law requires all incoming students to submit immunization documentation. You can print the Proof of Immunization Compliance Form and have it completed and signed by your physician or treatment provider, then upload your immunization record to your Admissions Status Portal. Failure to submit immunization records before the first week of school in August will result in the cancellation of your classes

All students attending in-person classes or spending any amount of time on campus for the 2021 – 2022 academic year are also required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or submit an exemption on our COVID-19 Vaccination Portal by July 16, 2021. Learn more on our FAQ page.

Please contact Student Health Services at 504.865.3326 with any questions.
