Bio

Tom Snyder graduated magna cum laude from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where he was a William L. Crowe, Sr. Scholar and served as Comment Editor of the Law Review. After graduation, Professor Snyder worked as an attorney at Phelps Dunbar, and the law firm of Baker, Donelson, Berman, Caldwell, and Berkowitz before opening a solo practice where he handled general civil litigation matters, contract drafting and analysis. He has been a regular lecturer to students and practitioners on topics including contracts, property law, and judicial enforcement of agreements.
