Raymond G. Areaux is a registered patent attorney and founding member Carver, Darden, Koretzky, Tessider, Finn, Blossman & Areaux, LLC. His practice is devoted to obtaining, licensing and enforcing all manner of IP rights. His primary practice areas are trademarks, branding, patents, franchises, computers, software, trade secrets, media law, copyright, unfair competition and privacy law.
For seventeen years, Mr. Areaux has served the adjunct professor of law for “Trademarks and Unfair Competition” at Loyola University School of Law. He also now teaches a Privacy Law class; and, is on the Visiting Committee for the law school. He is also a former member of the Editorial Board of INTA’s Trademark Reporter. He is a member of ABA/IPL (American Bar Association IP Law Section, INTA (International Trademark Association), AIPLA (American IP Law Association).
