Norman Mott has practiced labor relations employment law representing management and employer interests in employment discrimination, labor law, labor relations, civil rights, wage/hour, immigration, OSHA, ERISA and other employer-employee relations matters for his entire career. Norman has taught labor law as an adjunct professor with Loyola University New Orleans College of Law since 2003.
