Supports faculty, staff, and students with presentation and HyFlex technologies equipment throughout campus

Maintains Media Services and Zoom webpages to provide users with up-to-date information about classroom technologies, Zoom and web conferencing services, portable equipment, and policies

Serves as a Zoom administrator for Loyola University users

Provides web conferencing services on campus and online
