Primary Responsibilities

• Manages print and electronic resources, including journals, packages, databases, and other e-resources 
• Catalogs print, eBooks, and media; maintains print collections; orders replacements for missing and lost materials.
• Manages monograph ordering, tracking, and reporting; maintains all financial accounts associated with the acquisition of information resources across formats.
• Develops periodic expenditure reports and usage statistics for liaison librarians; develops report for the annual review of information resources. 
• Oversees donations of books and music
