Bio
Mr. Whiteley has been an Adjunct Professor for Loyola New Orleans College of Law since 2006. Frank routinely lectures at Continuing Legal Education and client seminars and has chaired the Lorman Workers' Compensation Seminar for many years. Community activities include LSU Chancellor's Counsel (2002 - present), Louisiana Bar Association, Texas Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, LABI, Louisiana Claim Association, Preservation Resource Center of New Orleans, and President's Circle. He is licensed in Louisiana and Texas and admitted to all Federal Courts in the State of Louisiana.
