Bio

Farah Wells serves as Program Director for the Center for Entrepreneurship and Community Development (CECD) at Loyola University New Orleans, where she leads university and city-wide programs that connect students, founders, and community leaders. Her work spans program development, event strategy, marketing, and student engagement — with a throughline of building community in alignment with Loyola's Jesuit values.

Farah began her journey with Loyola's College of Business as a student in 2022 supporting cross-Center marketing and event planning before joining the team full-time. Since then, she has played a central role in growing the Center's signature programs, including Wolf Pack LaunchU, IDEAcorps MBA Consulting Challenge, and the Side Hustle Expo, while leading the Center's communications and outreach strategies. Most notably, she leads the production of New Orleans Entrepreneur Week (NOEW), the city's largest entrepreneurship event, which has brought nearly 6,000 people together over the past two years under Loyola's leadership — deepening the university's presence at the heart of New Orleans' entrepreneurial ecosystem.
