Bio

David Rodriguez is a teacher, writer, musician, and editor based in New Orleans. He holds an M.F.A. in Creative Writing from Florida State University and has been published in the New Orleans Review, Southeast Review, Sandy River Review, Hawai'i Review, and Convergence, among other places. Along with Elizabeth Joan Kelly, he has released several albums and co-composed the 2023 score for Weng Shan Lim's award-winning film Sensasi. As a teacher, he has won several teaching awards and co-edited two composition textbooks.
