Bio

Dallas Flint (she/her) joined Loyola University New Orleans in the summer of 2023 as the Director of Student Conduct. In this role, she leads the University’s student conduct process, ensuring a fair and consistent system that emphasizes education, accountability, and cura personalis — care for the whole person.

Dallas earned her Bachelor of Arts in American Sign Language & Deaf Studies from Maryville College in Tennessee and her Master of Science in College Student Affairs, with a concentration in Conflict Analysis & Resolution, from Nova Southeastern University in Florida.

Since beginning her career in Student Affairs in 2013, Dallas has held student conduct and leadership roles at Wheaton College in Massachusetts, the Georgia Institute of Technology, and Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania, where she served as Associate Dean of Students during its integration into Commonwealth University. She brings more than a decade of experience in conflict resolution, policy development, and student support.

Dallas is passionate about helping students learn from challenges, fostering a respectful and inclusive campus environment, and equipping student leaders with the tools to thrive. Her approach balances accountability with compassion, ensuring every student feels heard and treated with dignity throughout the conduct process.
