Bio
Dr. Candace Alfred Weber is an Adjunct Professor in the College of Business at Loyola University New Orleans, where she teaches courses in management and communication. She joined the Loyola faculty in 2024, following previous teaching appointments in Xavier University of Louisiana’s Division of Business.
Dr. Weber holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy with a specialization in early childhood education, an MBA, and a B.S. in Business Administration. She brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in the private sector and has served as Budget Director at the Louisiana Department of Education. She currently serves as an executive leader at the Louisiana Policy Institute for Children, where she directs initiatives to expand and strengthen access to high-quality early education.
