Celebrate National Recycle Day on November 15th and join the movement to reduce waste and protect our planet! By recycling, we conserve natural resources, save energy, and reduce pollution. Recycling gives materials a new life and helps minimize landfill waste. Loyola has recycling bins in various places across campus for easy recycling. Together, we can create cleaner communities and a healthier environment for all!

Wilderness Immersion Retreat

This Wilderness Immersion is an experience that focuses on building community, having fun away from campus in nature, and engaging in eco-spirituality/environmental justice. Participants will stay in comfy cabins and participate in nature hiking, paddling canoes in the lake, eating s'mores over bonfires, and lots of fun activities in community. It takes place once each semester at Chicot State Park, LA about 3 hours from Loyola's campus - transportation and meals provided.

Looking for a way to spend your Saturday surrounded by wagging tails and purrs of gratitude? Come serve with LUCAP at the Animal Rescue of New Orleans (ARNO). Volunteers will help care for rescue dogs and cats, lend a hand with daily shelter needs, and share a little love with animals waiting for their forever homes.

Join Loyola and Tulane in celebrating World Cleanup Day on Saturday, September 20th, by participating in a litter sweep of our neighborhood! 

Before the sweep, join us for light bites and educational tabling. Stick around afterwards while we tally our impact and enjoy live music and sno-balls from Imperial Woodpecker as a thank you for helping beautify the neighborhood!
