Bio

Carly Hill serves as the Community Director in Uptown Hall, where she oversees residential programming and fosters comfortable, engaging living-learning communities for students.

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Carly brings a wealth of experience in community engagement, fundraising, development, and external affairs. Prior to joining Loyola, she held leadership roles at a federally qualified health center in Cleveland and several nonprofit organizations in New Orleans. She previously served as the fourth Executive Director of Trinity Community Center in the Hollygrove neighborhood and, most recently, was the Director of Development at Propeller: A Force for Social Innovation. In addition, she supports individuals launching and sustaining nonprofit organizations through her consulting firm, Essential Impact LLC.

Carly holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Education from Howard University, with a concentration in Maternal and Child Health. She also earned a Master of Education in Community Health Promotion from Cleveland State University and a Master of Nonprofit Organizations from Case Western Reserve University.
