Bio

Toni Mobley serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Service and Inclusion Officer at Audubon Nature Institute. With a distinguished career spanning corporate and nonprofit sectors, she brings deep expertise in guest services, succession planning, employment law, talent development, business development, employee and labor relations, and talent acquisition.

In her current role, Toni leads Audubon’s Guest Services, People Services, Security, and First Responder divisions, ensuring operational excellence and a culture of inclusion. Prior to joining Audubon, she held senior leadership roles in the retail sector, most notably with Target Corporation. As Regional Human Resources Manager, she oversaw HR strategy for 65 stores across eight Southeastern states, managing a $2.1 billion market and guiding executive leaders in talent acquisition and development. For nearly two decades, Toni has mentored and coached senior leaders, fostering strong pipelines of diverse talent to drive organizational growth.

Toni earned her Bachelor of Arts in Merchandising from Florida State University and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Webster University. She has been widely recognized for her leadership, including being named one of the Top 15 Women in Business in Louisiana by the National Women’s Council (2017). She is also a recipient of the National Diversity Council’s Multicultural Leadership Award and the Most Powerful and Influential Woman Award.

Deeply committed to community service, Toni serves as Committee Chairwoman on the Board of Directors for Goodwill Industries and as Vice Chair of the Board at Covenant House. She is also a board member of the New Orleans Police and Justice Foundation, Delgado Community College Hospitality Management Advisory Board, HousingNOLA, and serves on the Warren Easton Advisory Board.
