Orientation

Congratulations on your acceptance to Loyola University New Orleans! You are now a member of a distinguished community of scholars and have made an important first step to prepare for a civic-minded life of purpose. New Student Orientation is a remarkable opportunity to continue your journey, to discover Loyola, and to find your true passion. 

Opportunities abound to become immediately engaged with our community, and we encourage your active involvement in the academic, co-curricular, and mission-driven programs of the university.   We share your excitement during this important time of transition and eagerly await your arrival!

Our summer orientation program, Loyola Lagniappe, combined with Wolfpack Welcome, are designed to prepare you for succeess at the university. Students are required to attend one Lagniappe session (it means "a little something extra" in Cajun Creole) and Wolfpack Welcome. Parents are required to attend Lagniappe.
