Loyola University New Orleans offers an interdisciplinary Minor in Latin American "studies, with the aim of fostering our students' understanding and appreciation of Latin American culture, society and history. Drawing on faculty from several departments, the program offers a specific concentration that can complement a wide variety of majors. Students who choose to minor in Latin American Studies paraticipate ina progra that includes an advanced proficiency in Spanish.
