Michelle Reinhardt has over twenty years’ experience effectively leading businesses to success through strategic financial, operational, and management practices. Michelle currently serves as the Executive Director for the Office of Professional and Continuing Education. Michelle is responsible for planning, organization, marketing, and implementation of educational programming, executive training, and workforce development. She works with business and industry partners to develop and deploy new courses and programs for the region, including Loyola University’s paralegal, digital marketing, cyber security, and software development programs. She also manages the Women’s Leadership Academy. Michelle previously worked for 13 years as the founder and CEO for a local company which she grew from start-up to five locations throughout Louisiana. She also served on the executive management team for a college preparatory education and corporate training company where she provided leadership to drive process improvements, quality assurance, and enrollment growth.
Michelle is a native of Metairie, LA and has a Bachelor’s of Art in Speech Communication from Louisiana State University. She is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program and the past president for Maple Area Business Association.
