Tution Payments
- Students, at the time of registration, are to pay their tuition (by credit card or e-check) using the LIM tuition payment web page. This is a secure site.
- The university will bill students for any unpaid balances on their accounts. Bills are to be paid by using the bill remittance stub and sent to the address on the bill. Students are not to send tuition directly to the LIM office.
- If bills are not paid by the time of the next course registration, the system will automatically block that registration and the university will assess late registration fees. It is the student’s responsibility to notify the facilitator when his or her account has been paid in full so that the facilitator can notify the LIM registration coordinator at limxreg@loyno.edu that the student can now be registered for the course and be admitted to class.
- Parish and diocesan offices may also pay for students’ tuition online at the LIM tuition payment web page. Students will need to provide these offices with their campus wide id numbers (CWID) so that they can make these payments. If the parish or diocese is not able to pay online, and issues a check, it should be sent to the LIM office by the liaison or facilitator. The course number and name, facilitator’s name, the name of student(s) and amount of tuition need to be clearly marked on the check or on an attachment.
- Students at international sites make their payments directly to the sponsoring agency. The administrative liaison is responsible for paying online or for sending one tuition check in U.S. currency to Loyola.
- Students can find out their CWID numbers, and check on and track their accounts by logging onto LORA. Instructions on how to use LORA are on the Loyola web page and in the Policy Manual.
