Study Circle Leadership Course
A study circle is a small group of people, normally between 7 and 12 participants, who during a certain time period carry out planned studies under the leadership of an accepted leader. This 3-day course in leadership of study circles considers the roles of a study circle leader and his/her attributes: honest, hard-working, humble, ability to organize the group, and acceptable by the people. In the last session of the course the participants form a study circle group and choose a leader who then plays the role of a study circle leader.
