Farm Management Course
Good farm management is based upon the fundamental knowledge farmers must have to effectively utilize the available farm resources (capital, land, and labour) to produce the right farm products at the right time, cost, and quality. The Farm Management Course is designed to enable small-scale farmers to identify different farm business alternatives (crop enterprises, animal enterprises, and production methods) and to be able to coordinate these enterprises with the available resources to effectuate maximum profits. The 5-day course sets forth the principles and practices of good farm business organization, planning, monitoring, control, and operation of the desired farm enterprises for a successful farm business.
