Basic Dairy and Pastures Course
Dairy farming is the art or business of keeping animals for milk production. This 5-day course, the first of two dairy courses, covers selection and management of dairy cows, raising and housing of calves and heifers, on-farm feed formulation, milking and milk handling, and maintaining the health of the cows.
