Those desiring consideration for a medical withdrawal should contact the Associate Vice President for Student Affairs. Documentation of treatment is required as part of the process. Medical withdrawal requests must be made within the current semester that the student is in attendance. Retroactive withdrawals will not be considered. Re-admission to the University will require documentation that the student is medically able to attend.
