All students registered for classes at Loyola University are eligible for services provided by the department. Students may only be treated in the Student Health Service during the semester(s) for which they are enrolled in academic classes.

All students must complete a Health History questionnaire which establishes a personal medical record. This questionnaire is required prior to any examination or treatment given.

Faculty and staff may be treated for accidents or minor illnesses. Usually medication will not be given to a faculty or staff member, however a prescription can be written. Students are treated as the primary patient and faculty/staff may be treated should the student schedule permit.
