BRIEF BIOGRAPHY:

I am a Jesuit priest ordained in 1969.  I received a Ph.D. in systematic theology in 1974 from the University of St. Michael's College of the University of Toronto.  I am presently an Associate Professor of Systematic Theology and Spirituality in the Loyola Institute for Ministry.  I am especially interested in the relation between theology and spirituality.  I am also interested in ways of fostering the spiritual formation of those preparing for ministry.  I teach three of the core courses in the LIM curriculum and the two courses in the focus area of Christian Spirituality for Ministers.
