This guide includes the most popular sources of legal forms in the Law Library. There are three major sections to the guide: General Formbooks, Specialized Areas of Practice, and Louisiana Forms.

You can locate additional materials by searching the Library's online catalog at http://lawcat.loyno.edu.

Many of these forms are available electronically on Westlaw and Lexis which are restricted to students, faculty and others with passwords. However, both companies provide free forms on their non-subscription websites West’s FindLaw (http://findlaw.com) and lexisONE (http://www.lexisone.com). There are other, reliable websites that provide legal forms free or at a minimal charge.
