Winning Salsa Recipe Recipe courtesy of Jerry M. Till WATERMELON / JICAMA SALSA (Makes approx. 4 cups)
3 cups
seeded watermelon, cut into 1/4 inch pieces, drained well
Combine all the above listed ingredients in non-reactive mixing bowl. Stir gently to completely mix. Cover and place in refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hour, to let flavors blend. Bring to room temperature before serving. This salsa is good served with grilled chicken, pork and fish. |
