RECIPE
Rice Calas (Yes, the endangered classic confection)

2 cups leftover cold cooked rice
6 T flour

1 t baking powder

3 T sugar

salt

2 eggs
 

Mix together and drop by the spoonful into 1 inch deep oil at 360 degrees.
