RECIPE

Mirleton Shrimp Salad - Chef Duke LoCicero, Cafe Giovanni

Dressing: Whisk together

1/2 cup Chinese sweet chili sauce
1/3 cup sweet soy sauce
1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Salad
4 mirletons, boiled and cubed to bite size pieces
1/2 pound shrimp cooked in seafood boil and peeled
1/3 pound arugula
2 cups gourmet mixed greens

Toss salad with dressing and serve.

 

Eat, enjoy.
