RECIPE
Gazpacho

3 cucumbers peeled and seeded
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1/2 onion
16 oz. can tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
2 drops Tabasco
46 oz. can tomato juice
1 tbs. of each herb: tarragon, chervil (optional)
1 tsp. oregano
1 tbs. olive oil
2 bs. red wine vinegar
3 tbs. lemon juice
1/2 cup bread crumbs

Pulse chop, add salt and pepper to taste, chill and serve with chips.
