RECIPE
Drago's Oysters

24 Raw opened oysters on the half shell (large)
1 pound butter or margarine
2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
1/2 teaspoon black pepper, grated Parmesan, and Romano cheeses
1/4 cup parsley, chopped

Mix butter or margarine with pepper and garlic in pan. Put oysters, then put a pinch of cheeses and parsley on each oyster.  Let them cook until the oysters have a puffed-up appearance.
