pounds fish filets
combine butter, lemon juice, chives, and parsley. Chill 2 hours, place fish, skin side down, on broiler rack; season with combined salt and pepper. Brush fish with butter mixture add broil 3 inches from heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily. (yields 4 servings) Return to Chef, Vendor and Other Recipes
