Baked Catfish (Filet or Dressed) - Crescent City Farmers Market

RECIPE
Baked Catfish (Filet or Dressed)

1 (3-4) dressed fish or #1 fillet fish
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp grated onion
1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter
1 tbs lemon juice

Season fish with salt and pepper. Combine onion, butter and juice; pour over fish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40-60 minutes or until fish flakes easily for dressed fish.

For filets, bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
(yields 4 servings)
