Eric Bay of nautical's Shrimp Pesto Pasta
Shopping List:

Shrimp (any size)
Heavy Cream
Parsley
Pesto
Penne Pasta (or your favorite)
Unsalted Butter
Garlic
Onions (red, white, vidalia, yellow)

Directions:
In a hot saute pan, begin to cook onions in a little oil until caramelized (onions will have relaesed their natural sugar and be a clear caramel color). Next add the shrimp and cook until they are finished. Add some heavy cream, and heat through (no more thatn two minutes). Finally fold in the pasta until the pasta is warm; transfer to a bowl and garnish with some parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
