Getting started
- The official university web page template is recommended for all units, and provides consistency and promotes accessibility while navigating through Loyola's website. Academic or administrative units and organizations may request a template designed for their areas by completing the Web Request Form.
- Official web pages for academic and administrative units must be created by the Web Team, or created by a designated web supervisor in the department or administrative unit, in adherence to the official university web page policies, and utilizing the template provided by the web team.
- While faculty and staff individual personal pages must comply with all of Loyola University New Orleans' graphic standards, university web page policies, and U.S. and international copyright laws, the university web team does not assume responsibility in creating, modifying, or maintaining those pages.
- Dreamweaver® and Contribute® are the software applications recommended to create and edit websites using the university template. Individuals wishing to purchase a copy of Dreamweaver® or Contribute® should contact the bookstore at 865-3262.
