Mass E-Mail Distribution PolicyIn an effort to streamline e-communications to our Loyola communities, a new university policy has been created to address mass e-mails, effective immediately. The policy is intended to reduce the amount of university-related e-mails we all receive on a daily basis. The policy also ensures that messages to Loyola University’s external audiences, such as alumni, parents, donors, and vendors have a consistent voice and represent the university in an appropriate manner. Third, it helps support a communication vehicle that is already in place and intended for mass distribution of campus-wide e-mails, the LoyMail Daily Campus E-mail Digest. |
