Loyola's website provides online information to our internal and external audiences, as well as insight into the university's rich Jesuit tradition, academic excellence, and ideal size. The university web team works with individuals, departments, colleges and divisions in the development, maintenance, and organization of web pages reflected on Loyola's website.

Site Update - 3 days

Site Development
New site using a contribute or existing Drupal template - 6 weeks
New site without a template - 12 weeks
Blog- 4 weeks

Training
At least 1 working day

E-mail
E-newsletter Template - 3 weeks
Flash E-mail - 8 weeks
Graphic HTML E-mail** - 4 weeks

Multimedia/Graphics
Flash - 8 weeks
Custom Graphic - 3 weeks

Programming/Forms
Basic Form - 2 weeks
Interactive Form - 8 weeks

*More time may be determined necessary by the Web Communications staff based on the scope of work requested

*Requests to shorten the production schedule will only be accepted under emergency situations and based on the Web Communications staff workload. We reserve the right to deny any such request.

**Graphic HTML E-mails may only be requested by Admisssions, Alumni, and Fundraising staff.
