If you need assistance with any part of the writing process – brainstorming, prewriting, drafting, writing, revising, editing, proofreading - Writing Across the Curriculum (WAC) is here to help. WAC offers free peer tutoring for all registered Loyola students. We can tutor face-to-face, via email or over the phone.
At WAC, tutors do not edit students’ papers. Instead, we take a more collaborative approach. Student and tutor work together to highlight the writer’s strengths, establish writing goals, and recognize areas that need further development.

E-mail papers to nprowe at loyno.edu or submit a draft online. Please provide your professor’s name, the due date, the assignment prompt, and any specific writing questions or concerns. Your paper will be forwarded to one of our peer tutors, and he or she will provide written feedback.

Over-the-phone tutoring:
E-mail papers to nprowe at loyno.edu or submit a draft online. In your e-mail please provide the following: your phone number, the best time to reach you to discuss your paper, your professor’s name, the due date, the assignment prompt, and any specific writing questions or concerns. Your paper will be forwarded to one of our peer tutors, and he or she will contact you.
