Announcement of Voluntary Dental Insurance Plan
For 2012, we are pleased to announce the availability of a Voluntary
Dental Insurance Plan.
Available to all students (regardless of enrollment status in the Loyola
University New Orleans Student Injury & Sickness Medical Plan), this
Voluntary Dental Plan through UnitedHealthcare Dental is affordable and
offers coverage for Diagnostic, Preventive and Basic Dental Services.
The semi-annual cost of this Dental Insurance is $60.24 per student, and
coverage under this plan is effective February 15, 2012 - August 14,
2012.
Enrollment in this Plan is only available through March 31, 2012 so
don't delay!
